ProvidenceApp
A series of explainer videos made with Program 11, using 2D and 3D motion to make a complex healthcare app feel calm, human, and easy to enter.
The brief
Healthcare apps live or die on the first thirty seconds. Providence needed a content set that could explain real functionality to caregivers and patients without falling into either of the usual traps, sterile product walkthrough or vague lifestyle gloss.
Our approach
In collaboration with Program 11, we built a motion language that holds 2D interface storytelling and 3D environmental moments in the same breath. Program 11 shaped the strategic and narrative direction. Truecraft handled the design system and motion craft, keeping every screen clear, every transition quiet, and every story rooted in why someone is opening the app in the first place.
Motion
Claritywithoutflatness
Functional explainers tend to be either dry or overdesigned. The 2D interface beats stay legible. The 3D environmental moments give the brand room to breathe. Together they let the work feel sophisticated and useful at the same time.
Whyitmattered
Adoption of clinical tools depends on how welcomed people feel inside them. The series gives Providence content that respects its audience, and gives Program 11 and Truecraft a reusable visual system that scales as the app evolves.
