An integrated FAQ campaign with Forge Creative Studio that turns healthcare finance's hardest questions into the simplest answers.

The brief

Healthcare finance is full of language that pushes people away. CareCredit's audience kept arriving with the same set of questions, the loudest of which was a quiet one: will my insurance cover that. The brand needed to meet those questions head on, in a way that felt human, scaled across every channel, and didn't read like a disclaimer.

Our approach

Partnering with Forge Creative Studio, we helped design a content system rather than a single spot. Motion cutdowns, animated GIFs, web ads, email modules, and print collateral all share one type, color, and pacing language. Forge led the campaign strategy and consumer voice. Truecraft built the motion grammar that lets one idea play out across thirty surfaces without ever feeling repeated.

The motion system was built to multiply. Once the language was set, Forge and Truecraft could spin out new questions, new placements, and new cutdowns in days, not weeks, without losing brand cohesion.

Whyitmattered

Cardholders make decisions in moments of stress. Clarity is not a nice to have. The campaign helped CareCredit show up as the calm voice in a category that often forgets to be one.
