The brief
They came to us without a clue what they needed. A long running pool service company opening their first retail location in Kenner, Louisiana, with no website, no e commerce, no point of sale, and no way to know what was on the shelf the morning they opened the doors.
Our approach
We built one connected system instead of stitching three together. A custom website wired into Shopify so the storefront and the in store POS run off the same catalog, plus a custom invoice wizard inside the site backend. Staff drag in a supplier invoice, the wizard parses the line items, and products and stock counts push straight into the shop. No double entry, no spreadsheets.

Website, in store POS, and back office all run off the same Shopify backed catalog. What gets sold at the counter, what gets sold online, and what's left on the shelf are the same number, in real time.
