The challenge
Create a cohesive brand launch film through a new AI-assisted production pipeline while keeping the character, setting, lighting and visual language consistent from scene to scene.

Combine generative AI with established direction, editing and animation craft, using a visual production sheet as the source of truth for a consistent cinematic world.
My role & team
I crafted the script, designed the visual production sheet, established the pipeline, generated and refined the scenes, generated the voices with ElevenLabs, edited the film and completed the motion work.

Script & creative direction
I began by crafting the script and establishing the narrative arc for the Young Founders Edition brand launch film.
Process 2
Visual production sheet
I created a visual production sheet as the roadmap for the film's character, setting, lighting and visual style, keeping every generated scene consistent.
Process 3
Scene generation & refinement
Before any video generation, I established the visual style, lighting and built each scene against the production sheet. I used Weavy, Magnific and OpenArt to build the production pipeline, combining image and video generation with Kling AI, Seedance, Wan and Nano Banana 2. I generated, evaluated and refined each scene against the visual production sheet.
Process 4
Voice, edit & motion finish
I generated the voices with ElevenLabs, shaped the film in Premiere and completed the animation and motion refinement in After Effects.
